Story
The Yamaha PSS-460/PSS-470 synths were made in the late 80's, and have the same sound chip as the SoundBlaster PC cards of yore. I discovered this gem at a local Goodwill-like recycling store.
There are 21 pre-defined sounds, and five sliders to either modify existing sounds, or create new ones. Chords, rhythm and bass accompaniment is also available.
None of the real-world instruments (Violin, Piano, etc) sound remotely like themselves, so the fun is in the 80's cheesy sounds like "Cosmic" :)
